If you are using the CHFA downpayment assistance program, this workshop is for you. You have made an offer on your home, and you have had your mortgage application approved. This workshop tells you how to get ready to sign the papers and seal the deal. If you are using another downpayment assistance program, this workshop is not for you. Instead, please sign up for the CHFA First-Time Homebuyers' Workshop. See below.
