This workshop is free to those with a CHFA loan number. For those without, the class is $75 per student.
Pre-Closing Workshop
If you have a CHFA loan and are in the closing process of your new home, this workshop is for you.
This workshop is the perfect next step once you have:
Put a deposit on your home.
Have an approved mortgage application.
Our certified instructors will guide you through important closing documents, including loan estimates and closing disclosures, to ensure you have a clear understanding of the process.
Currently Available only in English
Please Note:
This workshop is only to be taken by participants who have a CHFA loan number and are ready to close on their home.
For those without a CHFA loan, the class is $100 per student.
Foreclosure Prevention Workshop
If you are at risk of foreclosure or are currently going through the process, this workshop is designed to help you understand your options and take proactive steps to avoid foreclosure.
In this workshop, you'll learn:
