NHS New Britain does this by creating neighborhood wealth through homeownership opportunities, creating and managing affordable and safe rental housing choices, delivering services to educate and guide families toward increased financial stability, and working with residents to build their community.
We envision communities where the residents have access to safe, high-quality, affordable housing options, understand managing their day-to-day finances and how to save for their goals, take advantage of the opportunity to build lasting wealth through homeownership, work together to improve the quality of life in their neighborhood.
