Celebrating Hispanic Heritage Month

At NHS Greater New Britain, we feel that celebrating our community also means celebrating the people, stories, and cultures that inspire us.

For this year’s Hispanic Heritage Month, we took some time to reflect on some of the people who have inspired us throughout our lives. From educators and activists to artists, musicians, and trailblazers, each person we selected represents something meaningful to us and reminds us of the many contributions of Hispanic and Latino communities.

We’re sharing these stories with our clients by showcasing photos and information throughout our office. We hope that as you visit NHS, you’ll take a moment to learn about these inspiring individuals, and maybe discover someone whose story inspires you, too!

Celebrating Our Community:

Hispanic Heritage Month is an opportunity to recognize the history, culture, achievements, and contributions of Hispanic and Latino communities. At NHS, we’re proud to celebrate the diverse backgrounds and experiences that make our community so special.

We invite you to stop by our office throughout the month to see our Hispanic Heritage Month display and learn more about the people who inspire our team.
